- Check-in & introduction at Ku’ia Estate Chocolate Factory (arrive 15 minutes early).
- Van transfer to the farm for a cacao farm tour and a three-piece chocolate tasting (approx. 10-minute drive).
- Climb to the treehouse to enjoy a curated charcuterie board and additional chocolate tasting.
- Return drive to the factory to conclude the tour.

Please check in at the front desk of the Ku’ia Estate Chocolate Factory 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to start. All attendees must fill out waivers and sign them before you can participate in the tour. Covered parking is located behind our building off Kupuohi St.

- Minimum age of 3 years; children under 3 are not permitted and no refunds will be given for parties arriving with children under 3.
- Guests must be able to walk for about 20 minutes on uneven/mulched ground and climb approximately 24 broad stairs with a railing.
- There is no room on vehicles to store walkers.

What should I wear?
Wear closed-toe shoes and light layers; bring sunscreen and bug spray as this is an outdoor tour.
Can I bring children under 3?
No. Children under 3 are not permitted on the tour, including those carried or in strollers; no refunds will be given for parties arriving with children under 3.
What if it rains?
In case of inclement weather, the operator may cancel the tour; you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Does the store accept cash?
Please bring a credit or debit card for any purchases; no cash accepted.
Does your chocolate contain nuts?
No. The production facility is nut free.
Do you have dairy free or vegan options?
Yes. The dark chocolate is 100% dairy free.
Is your chocolate Kosher?
Yes. All chocolates are re-certified annually by Chabad of Hawaii.
Can I bring a bottle of wine?
Yes. You may bring a sealed bottle, but no open containers can be brought back at the conclusion of the tour; guests must open and pour their own beverages. Bottle openers, glassware, and ice buckets will be provided.
